IRA QUALIFIED CHARITABLE DISTRIBUTION
Instruct your IRA administrator to send funds directly to Catholic Community Foundation, Taxpayer ID#: 72-0840256.. Please make sure to direct the funds to the "ABC Family Support Fund". We ask that you please complete this form to advise intent of your IRA gifts, and return it via email to be matched with your

LIFE INSURANCE
Name the ABC Family Support Fund as the beneficiary of your retirement plan or life insurance policies. Simply add the following verbiage to your life insurance and/or IRA beneficiary forms:
"Catholic Community Foundation Archdiocese of New Orleans, or its successor organization, located at 7887 Walmsley Ave., New Orleans, LA 70125, Federal Tax ID #72-0840256, for the benefit of ABC Family Support Fund."

WILLS / BEQUESTS
Support the ABC Family Support Fund by including a Charitable Bequest in your Will by simply adding these words to your will:
“I hereby give, devise, and bequeath the sum of $______ [or ____ percentage of… or residual of my estate] to the Catholic Community Foundation Archdiocese of New Orleans, or its successor organization, located at 7887 Walmsley Ave., New Orleans, LA 70125, Federal Tax ID #72-0840256, for the benefit of The ABC Family Support Fund".
